Kale Chips

Greg and I are trying to turn over a new "leaf" of healthy eating.  I really loved these kale chips...he claims he didn't so much.  But I promise, if you like vegetables, or you like crispy potato chips, you will love these.
Heat the oven to 350 degrees.

Start by washing the kale and taking the big stems out.  Drain it and even dry it with a cloth really good.  Try to get as much of the water off as possible.
Sprinkle with about 2 tsp. olive oil, salt and whatever seasoning you want.  I used a little garlic powder.
Spray baking sheet with Pam and lay it out in a single layer.  Bake for 15 minutes or until very crispy.  The edges will be brown.  If some of the pieces don't get crispy, take the ones that are done off the sheet and rearrange again...pushing them to the outside.  Bake a little longer till they are all crispy.  So good and so good for you!
